Peeling a pomegranate can be a difficult task, one that may take time to perfect. I have tried peeling it from the top, but I still have the bitter paper clinging to the sweet tart seeds. I have watched Gordon Ramsay cut it in half then use the back of a spoon to tap the seeds out of their comfy cocoons. I believe that the method shown in this video is by far the most efficient I've seen, as my students have heard.....work smarter, not harder. |
