The end of the year is near and time to evaluate our (your) learning. Show me what you've got. How are we marking you? Think back to September and our first day setting up your sites. Click here for what I was looking for back then. The year progressed and things evolved, we want you to reflect upon your learning journey, include photos of successes AND failures (first attempt in learning).
Ms.' Lewis and Bosello did the healthy baking unit, Ms. K brought us yeast breads, had you reflect upon cream puffs and the chopped challenge. Your final exam was to be posted on your site. So let's reflect now. Did you do the previously mentioned criteria? Have you kept up with your site? Let's be honest -did you take this assignment seriously? Your website, blog, vlog is your notebook for the year, if you have not kept up your grade will reflect your effort. I am so very excited by the majority of the blogs I've been reading, and the grades reflect the effort. The lowest mark so far has been 86/100 for those who completed their sites. If you enabled comments I have made a comment on your site. Unfortunately some of the sites are still private or links do not work, I have also encountered sites that have not been touched since November. In the beginning, term 1 was worth 10 marks, term 2 50 marks, the final evaluation is 100 marks. Whatever you do, please keep your site active. Have fun with it. You have put a lot of effort into these and it shows. Congratulations on a successful year.

Ms. Palosaari is here for Ms. Siverson for a couple of days, lets see what you can do. This recipe is a mix of two different techniques and a glaze. Pastry technique (cutting in) and choux paste (eggs). Easy to make, delicious and quick, no one will believe you did it in an hour. Enjoy!
