The joy of a cookie exchange and working together as teams, it does not matter who makes what. We are making the CCC dough and putting it into ziplock bags until the next class. The dough has to rest for at least 4 hours so we will finish them next day. Once the dough is made, were making pretty paper snowflakes to decorate the room and hallway.

We're starting our Christmas baking, only 4 weeks to go and so much to do. We are going to begin with sugar cookies and then make them oh so pretty. You'll find the Martha Stewart recipe here.
Thank you Ms. Martens. I've been creeping on Ms. Martens Pinterest site and she has found and made a one hour breadstick recipe. I decided to take a break from pies and make them, sometimes warm comforting bread is what the soul needs. For this recipe, please download the recipe and divide in 1/2, use whatever seasonings and herbs you have. Delicious!
Ms. Kuang's first demonstration and lab was a great success! Your macaroons looked great and apparently tasted fabulous. The recipe is hyperlinked...click on MACAROON to copy the link.
In keeping with stuffed 'pie' like products we tried making Ms. Siversons not so authentic samosas. Baked in the oven (not fried) so a little healthier, tasty too. Most cultures in the world have a stuffed pastry, think about it... Italy, Poland, Wales, Equador, China and Japan too. These are from South Asia.... India, Fiji....
